Becoming your best self is an ongoing journey that involves consistent effort and intentional habits. Every day presents an opportunity to grow, learn, and become a better version of yourself.

By incorporating small, manageable actions into your daily routine, you can make significant strides towards personal growth and fulfilment. Here are 25 things you can do every day to be your best self.

How did I come up with this list?

I have tried and tested each of these habits myself! I’m a big believer in evidence so it only seemed right to doing some experimenting before writing this comprehensive guide.

Journaling doesn’t always come naturally! If you find it difficult, consider using a guided journal to start.

Remember exercise doesn’t have to be gruelling! If you don’t fancy a sweaty workout, a simple walk or dancing in your kitchen will do the trick.

I personally like to set my intentions whilst I drink my daily coffee! It’s actually one of my favourite parts of my day.

For example, last week I planned all of my Pinterest content in advance (look at me go!). Doing this meant that this week I can focus my efforts on other tasks - which I am very grateful for!

This is a super easy habit to start. Buy a big 2 letre water bottle and make sure to drink it entirely each day.

I like to do this as part of my journaling routine each morning. I find that it sets my day up well and helps me to go into challenges with a positive mindset.
